MEETINGS

Board Meetings are conducted online via Zoom at 5:30 pm. For a list of all scheduled 2023 meetings, click the blue "Calendar Icon" above. Each meeting agenda provides the Zoom link and Meeting ID. As an MHOA member, you may download a copy of the Board Agenda through your Equus homeowner portal or from the MHOA Website.

Please click on the blue comments icon above to access the online form. Once complete, click; submit. All comments are forwarded to the Board and HOA Manager. Please see your The Board Agenda for meeting details and the zoom link. The next scheduled Board Meeting is July 13th, 2023.

A Big Old Bear is visiting our neighborhood 🐻

A bear was seen at about 3:30 a.m. today in our community in the Windy Meadow Drive area, eating birdseed and drinking from a hummingbird feeder. If you have those items in your yard, you may wish to take them down for the time being. Please put your garbage at the curb in the morning on pickup days, and don't leave that taste treat out for the bears overnight.
