A bear was seen at about 3:30 a.m. today in our community in the Windy Meadow Drive area, eating birdseed and drinking from a hummingbird feeder. If you have those items in your yard, you may wish to take them down for the time being. Owners of the vacant site of the former Lakeridge Tennis Club are now planning to build eight 4-story buildings to house 314 condominium units.
