We’re an established privately owned, single-family association. Our sub-division consists of 97 homes located in the south central/southwest section of Washoe County, Ward 2, in the regional area better know as the Truckee Meadows.

Reno, The “Biggest Little City in the World,” is the largest in Northern Nevada. Located on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, 22 miles from Lake Tahoe, and Truckee Ca.
Jump on I-80 west, and you are 182± miles and 4.5 hrs driving from San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Reno and surrounding Truckee Meadows communities including Meadowridge provide unlimited outdoor recreational activities. Consider this; within a fifty-mile radius; you have one of the largest concentration of ski facilities in the Western US. In and around the Tahoe Basin, we have sailing, mountain climbing, biking, rafting, hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing to name just a few of the many activities residents and visitors alike get to enjoy. Closer to home, for the outdoor or equestrian enthusiast, right outside our Meadowridge front doors, we have several interconnect community and regional parks. Bartley Ranch Regional Park, Wheatland and Anderson Parks. Combined these three public parks interconnect 56± acres of pasture, walking, jogging, and hiking trails. A regulation-size horse arena and several reservable western buildings including the farmhouse and amphitheater for business or fun.

We’re lucky enough to have an abundance of local foods in the Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe region. Primarily produced by small family-owned farms, who bring us the freshest and finest in local and seasonal grown goodies. Public Schools serving Meadowridge students include Huffaker Elementary, Swope Middle School, and Reno High School. If you prefer Charter or Private Schools, the two closest to Meadowridge is Coral Academy of Science co-ed and serves elementary and Middle school. And Sage Ridge a college preparatory, day school which is also co-ed, and services grades 4-12.
Should you be interested in higher education; we have that covered too. The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), is one of eight institutions within the Nevada System of Higher Education. UNR emphasizes programs and activities that best serve the needs of the state, region, and nation. They offer bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree, have nine major academic units and is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The UNR campus and “The Quad” are an approximate 20-minute commute which includes parking.
Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) offers classes not only on their main campus but in many locations scattered around sounding valleys. TMCC is a great place to get started on academic or university transfer degrees, occupational training, career skill enhancement, and classes just for fun googletest.
Washoe County Library System; Sierra View, is our nearest branch of Washoe County Public Library, and is 1.6 miles away.
Other noteworthy institutions within a 10-minute commute from Meadowridge, is The Terry Lee Wells Discovery Museum googletest. The Discovery Museum is the local home for science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM learning). Throughout the building, you find hands-on galleries and exhibitions, an excellent array of educational programs which connects learners of all ages with opportunities to explore and learn. All galleries and exhibitions are designed to encourage curiosity, investigation, and knowledge.
The Nevada Museum of Art; serves as an educational resource for everyone and is the only nationally accredited art museum in the state. The Museum features exhibitions by national and international artists as well as a four permanent thematic collection.
