Pool & Spa | 8am-10pm
Open seasonally for homeowners and guests. We open in early summer, depending on the weather and Washoe County Health Department’s approval. The pool closes in mid-September. Sign-up to join our mailing list to receive email announcements and community notifications or updates.
Children 14 years old and younger must be supervised by an adult at all times, and children four years old and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult aged 18 or older at all times. There is no certified lifeguard or water safety personnel on duty. You, the “homeowner,” are solely responsible for the behavior, safety, and well-being of your child/children and your guests. In case of an emergency, call 911
Please, no pets, glass containers, or rowdy behavior. Be mindful of your neighbors.
The pool is actively monitored by homeowners; fence jumpers, trespassers, or vandals hell-bent on mischief will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In a case of vandalism or criminal behavior, call the Reno Police at: (775) 689-2960 or file a REPORT online.

Tennis and basketball courts are available when not snow-covered. However, they are not suitable for competitive use.

Walking Paths
Approximately 2 miles of gravel paths meander through the “common area” with strategically placed doggie “poop stations & bins.” There is no resident “Poop Fairy” on retainer. Please be a responsible pet companion and pick up after your dog. Let’s keep our community healthy and enjoyable for everyone. Regional Parks
Located directly across Lakeside Drive are Bartley Ranch, Wheatland, and Anderson Park. Combined, these three public parks interconnect, creating a labyrinth of interesting trails and paths. And for those days when you’re feeling extra adventurous and a little more chipper, you can always walk or bike to Whole Foods and back!
