Owners of the vacant site of the former Lakeridge Tennis Club are now planning to build eight 4-story buildings to house 314 condominium units. Reno’s Planning Commissioners approved those plans on March 17, 2021, but 18 individuals have each filed appeals to City Council. Those appeals will be heard during City Council’s meeting on April 28, 2021. Guest Parking
The Board has received complaints recently about cars and other vehicle parking for days or weeks in the two guest parking areas on Meadowridge Drive. The remedy for that is for the board to have those vehicles tagged and, when the law allows, towed. We’d rather not and ask that all homeowners take note of the restrictions, respecting the ability of others to use the guest parking as it is intended.
