In this extraordinary time, we want to acknowledge how important you are to this community and bring you some very important and timely news about the Meadowridge Homeowners Association. We realize that this has been particularly difficult for those far away from loved ones, those who feel disconnected from their “normal” lives, and those who are handling the weight of this historic pandemic while trying to teach your children or work from home or do both simultaneously.
We acknowledge the fear and uncertainty and grieve with our beloved city and state the lives that have been lost. We celebrate those who do essential work each day. While this is one of the most difficult times, we would rather be here with you in Meadowridge than anywhere else. As far as the pool, spa, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and clubhouse, the Board is working diligently to assess the safety and viability of opening the Meadowridge amenities. As you know, Meadowridge does not have on-site staff to help facilitate the new guidelines that we will need to follow.
As is happening all over the world, the Board is striving to find the balance between protecting the health and safety of Meadowridge community members and making these amenities available. To that end, the Board is working with legal counsel to have a re-opening plan when Governor Sisolak continues to lift restrictions, beyond the current phase. Part of this plan will include milestones and potential schedules for reopening the amenities. The Board greatly appreciates the patience and understanding right now. As more information becomes available, the Board and management company will communicate via newsletters, email blasts from our new management company, Equus. Please signup to receive emails from Meadowridge HOA. This will keep you up to date with all communications from our HOA.
