The Meadowridge Homeowners Association (HOA) Board and Committees are a combination of elected and appointed members. All are volunteers who serve in the interest of the community and its homeowners.
Board of Directors
In April, we typically hold elections at the annual HOA meeting. Elected Board members are homeowners; they usually serve 2-year terms and represent all sections of our community. All 97 homes. On the third Tuesday (except February) of every month, except December, Board meetings are held in our Community Clubhouse at 5:30 p.m. Homeowners are encouraged to attend, get involved, and participate.

If you have a green thumb or enjoy gardening, The Board is currently looking for volunteers to handle the Landscape Committee. If you’re interested or know of any community member who might be, please email Lara Garrell at Equus Management. That said, the best approach is to come to our next HOA meeting and introduce yourself. Your community needs you, and the Board would appreciate your help!
