Clubhouse

The clubhouse is a charming venue of over 2000 sq. ft. for the use of Meadowridge homeowners for meetings, parties, weddings or other events.The clubhouse, on the corner of Meadowridge and Meadow Hill Drive, is situated in a wooded setting surrounded by lawn, trees, and a seasonal pond, with a deck available to extend functions outdoors. The Meadowridge Clubhouse is available for the personal use of homeowners. “Personal use” includes private functions and meetings of organizations to which the owner belongs and is attending. A maximum of 85 people is allowed for an event, per City of Reno Fire Department. Some tables and chairs are available for use, or you may bring in rental equipment. A kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher are also available for your use. This venue is designated Non-Smoking and is Non-ADA compliant.

You will need to complete the Clubhouse Rental Application and sign the Rental Agreement before you may reserve the Clubhouse. At that time, please make the necessary arrangements with Lara and or Linda on checked-in and checked-out times.
