Am I responsible for painting my fence?

Yes. You are responsible for the painting and maintenance of your individual property fences. Where possible we encourage neighbors to work together sharing costs and general maintenance. The outside of your fence must be painted with the standard Meadowridge color; Cinnamon #331014205084 and is available through Home Depot or Lowes. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to come to our monthly HOA Board meetings which are held January-November, on the third Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the clubhouse.
