As a homeowner, the Association is required, by law, to produce certain documents to the homeowners upon request. When the Association moved to Equus Management Group in 2020, each homeowner was assigned an account number and passcode. With this information, you are able to log into the Equuus Meadowridge HOA portal and view your account and see any activity on your account (violations, payments, etc.). No. Please do not park at right angles to the curb or the edge of the street in Meadowridge. Meadowridge was designed for cars to park parallel with the curb or street edge. When cars and trucks are parked at a right angle to the curb or edge of the street, it reduces parking space, inconveniences neighbors, and makes it very difficult for emergency vehicles to maneuver.
