May I change the exterior of my home?

September 26, 2016 by rita.best

The Architectural Committee (ARC) is charged with enforcing the “look of the community” for the benefit of the community. Unfortunately, standards have not always been enforced evenly. We recognize that everyone has their own ideas of beauty but some uniformity of the “look” needs to be enforced to enhance the community and our individual property values. We encourage you to please contact and meet with the Architectural Committee before commencing your project.

The CC&R’s dictate that the exterior of your home may not be altered [painted, reroofed, added onto or removed] without an Architectural Committee project review and approval. This also applies to items not attached to your house but are in public view from the street. Click to download your ARC Application.
