Why do certain areas of the community recieve more attention than others?

Why do certain areas of the community recieve more attention than others?

The quick answer is; 1) there is no one section of the property prioritized over another. We have limited funds within the reserve account which are earmarked for major repairs. 2) money used for these major repairs, such as roads, pool, clubhouse, etc., are prioritized annually, funded by ALL 97 homeowners and required by law. The intention is to minimize the financial burden on homeowners now or in the future. If you would like to learn more about planned projects for the 2020 year, please come to a Board meeting or contact Lara our Community Manager.
